Our commissary is located in our newly constructed 5 storey facility in Tambo Parañaque. Our head office and two major warehouses are also located within the area.
We have our very own in-house and degree-holder chefs that hails from New York and Beijing together with our sous-chefs and kitchen assistants that totals 30-50 staff, depending on the season.
We also have our own in-house production designer, props manager and food stylist.
Tjioe the Caterer (pronounced as “chew”) is perhaps the most respected Chinese Catering in the Philippines. Tjioe boasts of four decades of mastering the art of Chinoy dishes. Tjioe is the only Chinese Catering accredited in SMX to date.
