Generally referred to as Chinese Lauriat was derived from Fookien (Minnan) dialect, Lao-Diat or “Re-Nao” in Mandarin, which means special occasion or banquet among Chinese-Filipino community. The banquet consists of around 10 big dishes with different kinds of exotic food, from appetizer to shark’s fin soup, to noodles and desserts. It usually lasts 2 to 3 hours.
Plated Dinner Menu
Tjioe specializes in micro-plating which is a term used to define art in individual plates served. Micro plating is elegant and ideal for small or private parties consisting of 10 to 20 people.
Our all-you-can-eat service comes with a package set-menu or make your own set. These can be Chinese, Chinoy or Western in theme. Our buffet comes with complete set-up and or table setting, depending on your event and cost considerations.
Hors d’ Oeuvres
Usually served in between guests’ arrival or when the main meal is to be served at a later time. Also referred to as Hors d’oeuvre in French where apéritifs are served as a drink before meals. This service is best suited for corporate or cocktail events.
